PARKETTÖL is a mixture of precious natural oils that lovingly restore wood to its original beauty. The product has been specially designed for untreated wooden surfaces. It is waterproof and stain resistant and is ideal for preparing all types of untreated wooden flooring. Caution: Some exotic or deep coloured woods may prevent or considerably delay the time required for hardening of the PARQUETTÖL. When treating such surfaces, apply a very thin first coat and make sure the area is well ventilated so as to help the drying process.
How to use
Apply an even coat to clean, grease-free and lightly sanded surfaces with a roller or soft cloth.
Do not allow the oil to drip or run.
Leave to dry for 6-8 hours then sand with 220/240 grain paper before applying a second coat.
Total drying time: 12 hours at 18°C.
Depending upon the type of wood, 1 litre per 10/12 square metres will provide a soft velvety finish.
